These hotels are truly older, some renovated, but the can offer some very attractive room rates for the budget minded visitor. You can still get the Las Vegas glitter at night when the main street light show starts, this part of downtown still attracts a lot of people and it is quite exciting if you haven’t seen it before.

So, as you can see Las Vegas still offers hotels where you can stay, do it on a budget – and don’t think that all of these properties are dumpy just because the room rates are low, some are nicer than the strip hotels. Conversely, yes, some of the older hotels are not as nice, consulting with a knowledgeable travel agent would be a good idea if you are not already familiar with the layout of Las Vegas.
